Who are we?

We are David and Tina Long. We lost our son Tyler to peer-abuse driven bullycide when he was just 17 years old. To honor Tyler and all those who are confronted with bullying, we started a our voices are the most powerful tools we have in preventing bullying. We also believe youth hold the key to a future where schools are safe spaces for all, and we must support, educate, and empower them to help us create solutions. Don’t let your voice fall silent. Help us save lives and leave a legacy of change. “Everything starts with 1 and builds up.  If we can increase in numbers, then we have an army, and we can defeat anything.”

Our Mission:

To be advocates for all children, parents and educators worldwide to prevent bullying and other student safety issues. To advocate for stronger laws and platforms that support children attending public or private educational systems.

Our Vision:

That all children have the opportunity to participate in an educational environment free from bullying, discrimination, and harassment.

Our Goals:

David is retired Army and Tina is a registered nurse. We seek to use our voices to work with schools, organizations, parents, administrators, students, camps, churches, and anyone that cares about our youth to provide a safe school environment.  We aim to educate society on the effects of bullying and other student safety concerns and to identify preventions and solutions to the bullying epidemic.

We have been blessed to be included in countless television appearances, magazines, radio shows, blogs, and presentations at schools, colleges, organizations, summits, etc. It is our hope that Tyler’s voice never falls silent.
